About Nadiège Honoré-Wellington

Psychologist

Nadiège Honoré-Wellington is a Counseling Psychologist, Coach and the owner of Thriving Life Therapy Practice. She is passionate about helping women and teenaged girls regain control and step out from under the heaviness of anxiety and depression, build healthy relationships and live happy, thriving lives. She also finds joy in helping couples increase understanding, respect and intimacy, helping them to live happily together.

For the past 12 years, she has supported women, teens and families by providing counseling, psycho-education and mentoring through schools, community groups and in her private practice. She is a passionate and engaging speaker who welcomes opportunities to educate and empower others to take charge of their mental health.

Nadiège is a graduate of Siena College, Albany, New York and attained her Masters in Counseling Psychology at the University of the Southern Caribbean with an emphasis in Marriage and Family. She is also a certified Youth Mental Health First Aider.

Her experiences as a therapist, national and collegiate athlete, mentor, wife, mother and friend have shown her that people are strong and resilient and with the right support can charter their own destinies.

As a working mom, Nadiège understands the overwhelming demands of motherhood, advancing your career and holding down the fort at home. For this reason she also specializes in guiding moms to take charge of their self-care, reclaim their self-worth and live their best lives through her mom coaching program.

Her self-care includes feeding her soul, enjoying a good curry meal, exercising and staying connected with loved ones.
