Debby’s background in business has given her experience in coaching, mentoring, and building teams. She is currently interested in bringing that knowledge along with new learnings to advance more joy to both individuals as well as teams. During Debby’s time developing leaders she has found that people are searching for more belonging and a sense of purpose in their everyday like, including the workplace.
Debby Schlesinger-Hellman is a leadership coach and consultant advising business owners and their teams on continued growth. Debby has worked for 40+ years building teams, coaching individuals, and developing a path for leadership within organizations.
She has worked with teams throughout the US and Europe.
Debby has been active in the Insights Association (formerly the MRA) throughout her career, leading as Chairman of the Board, chairing conferences, speaking, and lobbying for reform when needed.
While on the Board, Debby was instrumental in leading the board to develop new guidelines, a five-year strategic plan, and changes to the standards of the association.
Debby last worked for Schlesinger Group as an executive in strategic development. She managed many teams, built new offerings/services and client development. She was instrumental in developing new areas for business growth.
Debby is passionate about helping others find a path to that more joy-filled life, looking to have a positive impact on many.
Debby has a B.S. from American University, has taught classes at USC business school, served on the board of private institutions, Foundations/Charities and serves as an advisor for several start-up firms.
She currently resides in southern California while spending much time in New York and around the world.
